Centravis regards activities that underline the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the company shareholders as a high priority and of great importance for its corporate strategy. We take pride in our CSR activities to support our local community in Dnepropetrovsk and Nikopol, where we employ more than 2500 people.

Our employees are given the opportunity to apply for higher education scholarships at the State Institute of Preparation and Retaining of Production Personal at the expense of Centravis.
Local engagement
Sports sponsoring through Centravis is not only about increasing brand awareness. Our focus lies more on making a valuable contribution towards local communities through targeted commitment. We are proud to sponsor sports events and our commitment goes beyond the classical sponsoring by getting socially involved in youth work. Furthermore, we are also involved and dedicated to the sponsoring of cultural events and exhibitions, further enriching the lives of our employees. Our social engagement demonstrates that we operate according to the principles of a responsible corporate citizen. Centravis is committed to finding solutions for social issues by improving the general social conditions in our direct vicinity.
Investing in our future
At Centravis we strongly believe in close cooperation and constant exchange with the responsible labour union committees aiming at improving working conditions, training facilities as well as health and safety at work for our shop and office workers. The corresponding labour union committee is actively engaged in organising initiatives and events that help to maintain a sound work-life balance, not only for the employees, but also for their children and family members.
In our recreation homes and leisure clubs in Skadovsk and Feodisiya in the Crimea, an increasing number of children and employee families can spend their holidays and enjoy spa treatment, with travel costs also massively subsidised by labour unions and Centravis management. Furthermore, Centravis supports kindergartens and schools, through activities such as improving the gym or installing the latest computer equipment, so that our employees children can rely on excellent training and learning conditions in their vicinity.
