Due to our long tradition of more than 70 years of steel production, we have an experienced crew of more than 2000 people at our plant in Nikopol. Split into technical groups and structural subdivisions, nearly half of our people have more than 20 years of metallurgy business experience. More than 300 employees have enjoyed a higher education enabling them to take over the responsibility as directors, team or shift leaders and as specialized engineers with focus on tasks such as quality management, research & development and other production-orientated fields. Improving customer focus and skills
In order to improve and bring our team closer to the Western business standards and practices, we have introduced a tailor-made appraisal system with a strong focus on the core principles of our work: result orientation, customer focus, and involvement. Through this we can ensure a modern customer relationship management throughout all levels of our company. A bonus system oriented at stimulation of effectiveness and state-of-the-art social benefits comprising corporate events, international awards and exchange programs or sports club facilities at the plant in Nikopol support our engagement in this direction. Up to 50% of education fees are offered for those who want to improve and reach a higher level of education. In order to improve the technical skills of our workers, we have created special courses on metal processing and technology, as well as on new metallurgical equipment. The courses are organized in cooperation with the State Tubing Institute in Dnipropetrovs’k.
