CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE”, a part of a holding Centravis Ltd., took out a loan of 30 mln EUR (212 mln 603,970 UAH) from the company Centravis Finance Cyprus Limited (Cyprus) for 14 months at a EURIBOR rate of EUR(3m)+4% for investing. The company Centravis Finance Cyprus Limited (Cyprus), in its turn, took out a loan from ERSTE Bank (Austria, Vienna).

A decision on taking out a loan has been made by the Board of Directors of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” on 9 June 2008. Payment of interests is quarterly, the credit is granted without collateral security. Date of signing the loan agreement — 7 August of this year. Date of opening a credit line — 1 September 2008, closure — 1 March 2009. The first tranche of the loan amounting to EUR 11,850 million, the company received on 2 September.

Attracted funding will be used to implement large-scale investment programmes at CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE”. The total investment will constitute 120 million USD.
