An independent rating agency Credit Rating announced the confirmation of a long-term credit rating of the issue of registered corporate bonds (A-Series) by CJSC« CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE » (Dnipropetrovsk region, Nikopol) amounting to 150 million UAH with maturity till 24.04.2011 at the level of uаA-.

The company’s main activity is the production of seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes. In the course of analysis the agency used financial statements of CJSC «CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE» for the third quarter of 2008, as well as internal information provided by the issuer in the rating process.
The borrower or a debt instrument rated as uaA- stands for a high creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments.
