On April 7, 2009 the shareholders general meeting of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” was held. Roman Stolarski was relieved of the Board member’s duties of his own free will.

Roman Stolarski has occupied this position since May 30, 2008. Nobody filled the vacant position still. Today The Board members of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” are: Ilya Shirokobrod, Vyacheslav Erkes, Mikhail Galkin, Vitaliy Lyutyk, Yaroslav Andjey Sczcepek, Sergey Svidunovich, Victor Svizhenko, Emil Vasilev, Yuriy Atanasov – Chairman of the Board.
