Centravis declared its accountability according to Ukrainian stocks to the commission for the second quarter in 2009.

June – July, CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” (Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk region, seamless steel tubes production Plant) incurred losses of UAH 13, 258 million.

Comparing to the same period in 2008 pure profit was reduced for 19,24%, or for 53,821 million UAH to 225,948 million. UAH.

For period of January-June company received loss of 1,591 millions UAH, reducing pure profit for 24,37% or for 139,865 million UAH to 434,077 million UAH.

As it was announced before, period of January –May “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” finished with pure profit of 11,66 million UAH, reducing pure profit for 29,25%, or for 86,044 million UAH to 208,129 million UAH.

2008 year “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” finished with loss of 15,7 millions UAH, increasing pure profit comparing to 2007 for 19,5%, or for 195,002 million UAH to 1 193,404 million UAH.

“CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” is a part of Yuvus company created on the asset base of Centravis pipe holding in 2007 , which is controlled by Vasiliy Atanasov and his sons Sergey and Yuriy on parity conditions .

CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” was created in May 2000 on the base of two shop floors of Nicopol south pipe plant.
