“CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” company (production of seamless stainless tubes, Nikopol city, Dnipropetrovsk region) raised profitability of A-Series bonds for 7-12 quarter coupon periods to 150 millions UAH from 12,75% to 23% of annual yield. 
Issue consists of 150 thousand UAH bonds, 1 thousand UAH par value for each. For 1st-6th coupon periods profitability of bonds was 12,75% of annual yield.
CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE” started to sell 150 millions UAH A-Series bonds in April 2008. The aim of the emission is investments to modernization of the production base of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE”, reinforcement of circulating assets and purchase of tube work pieces.
More than once the independent rating agency Credit Rating gave the emission investment rating uaA – stable, which confirms high credit capacity of the issuer in comparison with other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments.
