On May 27, 2010 producer of seamless stainless steel tubes & pipes CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE" marked its 10^th anniversary.

- CENTRAVIS – is the future-oriented company, able to overcome challenging times, - said Yuriy Atanasov, General Manager CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE" at gala night related to the 10^th anniversary of the Company. This event gathered company staff, business partners and customers and town authorities.

- We are just at the beginning - assured Yuriy Atanasov. - 2009 was extremely difficult for us. There were, also, mistakes. But we feel confident and comfortable all over again. What we done, what new we brought, what modern equipment was installed and will be installed in the shops - everything is the matter of great interest for our customers and competitors worldwide.

- We recently visited Dusseldorf annual Trade Fair “TUBE-2010” and were satisfied that there are only few companies like CENTRAVIS specializing in manufacturing stainless steel tubes & pipes in the world. Without any exaggeration - said in his congratulatory remarks, Chairman of association "Ukrtruboprom” Leonid Ksaverchuk. - You carry the high rank of Nikopol tube producers with honor. Thank you for all of your work!

The best employees of the Company were awarded of Certificate of honor and cash awards. The party guests applauded to support their colleagues and friends on stage by solemn order reading.

HR & Administration Director Vitalyy Lyutyk, Purchasing & Logistics Director Vyacheslav Erkes, Director of Hot Production Michael Kutsenko, Director of Cold Production Sergey Naumenko, Chairman of the Dnepropetrovsk regional committee PMGU Vasyliy Shevchenko, Chairman of the primary trade union organization Nikolay Siziy congratulated the participants of the high day. Development of CENTRAVIS

1991 In Dnepropetrovsk was founded Company “UVIS". Key direction of the Company is software development for the large metallurgical companies in Ukraine. The founders of the company are from Nikopol: Vasiliy Atanasov and his sons - Sergey and Yuriy.

1993 It was taken decision to focus on international delivery of seamless stainless steel tubes planned to be produced at Nikopol Yuzhnotrubniy Plant. One of the first foreign customers that was in active cooperation with UVIS, became Tallinn Engineering Works.

1999 To attract investments and to overcome the crisis at Nikopol Yuzhnotrubniy Plant Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the State Property Fund developed restructuring program of Nikopol Yuzhnotrubniy Plant. It was supposed to attract private investors to create on the base of Yuzhnotrubniy Plant companies operating in narrow segments of tubes & pipes production.

2000 Company “UVIS" won in the open public tender and became an investor of one of the new companies on the basis of Yuzhnotrubniy Plant. Business plan for founding of separate production of stainless steel tubes & pipes proposed by the Company experts of the Cabinet considered the best solution, enabling continuous operation to support the production plant.

May 23, 2000 Based on the cold drawing shop No. 2 and hot extrusion shop No. 4 it was founded CJSC “Nikopol Stainless Tube Mill”. The founder and principal shareholder of CJSC became Company "UVIS".

2005 The newly formed company is rapidly growing. This year, NSTM is one of seven leading producers of seamless stainless steel tubes & pipes, took the 1^st place in the world in terms of sales in the segment of heat exchanger tubes. Namely in 2005 started the formation of international team of experts whose objectives were to define the new strategy, values, vision and principles of the Company, as well as the tactical action plan for its further development.

2006 Annual sales of “UVIS "amounted to 17 300 tons of seamless stainless steel tubes & pipes, and the turnover - 163 million dollars.

In terms of sales at the world market the young company took the 5^th place in production of seamless stainless steel tubes & pipes, the 1^st place - in the segment of heat exchanger tubes, and the 4^th - in the segment of boiler tubes.

2007 Shareholders of Company "UVIS" announced the transformation of business. Production, service and commercial assets were merged into the single structure - International Holding CENTRAVIS. It contained production facilities of NSTM, branching network of trading companies and agents in Western Europe, USA and CIS countries.

2010 Today CENTRAVIS produces general tubes & pipes, boiler tubes, heat-exchanger tubing, instrumentation tubing, furnace tubes, hollow bars and Ni-alloys. Products are used in chemical and petrochemical industries, nuclear and thermal power engineering, ferrous metallurgy, machinery and shipbuilding, food processing industry. Assortment of CENTRAVIS - is more than 1000 standard sizes of tubes & pipes of more than 100 corrosion-and heat-resistant steel grades. The Company successfully develops new steel grades, is certified according to the international standards, exchanges experiences with other players at the tubes & pipes market, introduces the world's best cost management practices.
