On-time VAT reimbursement is an urgent topic for exporters. Centravis company exports more than 90% of its production, and according to the current tax law, the state should reimburse the 20 percent value added tax on the company’s account by export transactions. On June 21 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held a round table “Will the securities issue solve the problem of VAT reimbursement?”. The round table was organized by the national business magazine “Expert”. Among the guests there were the people’s deputies of Ukraine, the representatives of the State Tax Administration, of the Government of Ukraine, etc. Yuriy Atanasov, CEO Centravis Holding also took part in the round table work. “The problem of VAT reimbursement, raised by the magazine, is very urgent for the domestic producers, potential investors, Ukrainian and foreign bankers. The discussion allowed to get a better idea of the problems and possible prospects of their solution that will arise in connection with the issue of the new loan securities. An open discussion at the round table provided an opportunity for the participants not only to discuss the urgent problems, but also to outline the ways of their solution”, Yuriy Atanasov said.
