Since its foundation holding Centravis keeps up open and consistent management style. Work according to the international accounting standards makes information on holding activities clear and admissible to the world financial community, increasing credit confidence level to the company, and consequently its capitalization. Since 2007 PricewaterhouseCoopers conducts the annual audit of consolidated financial activities of the Company.

Despite significant progress in 2007, the Company continued to develop its efficiency and focus on capacity increase and production cost reduction. To achieve this target together with consultong company Czipin Consulting (Austria) was realized the project on costs reduction in five directions: business managment, production cost, quality managment system, production development and project managment.

In the 4th quarter of 2007 the Company started phased introduction of ERP-system (Enterprise Resourse Planning) used in most large European companies for sales, purchasing and accounting by customers orders realization in production, distribution and services. ERP-system includes the number of subsystems and modules intended to automate the managment of the company in a common information space. The main once are: quality system managment, production managment (MRP-II), cost managment, marketing and managment (CRM-system), purchase managment, inventory, sales. etc.

In the 3rd quarter of 2008 the Companys IT-infrastructure was strenthened the single Intranet space introduction providing all subdivisions of the holding irreprective their geographical position equal access to information that substantially forced working process with the customers and increasedcontrol over each order fulfillment.

In order to expand and improve production facilities researchers and developers team of Centravis actively cooperates in terms of ideas and tehnologies exchange with scientific experts of one of the leading institutes for tube & pipe industries in Europe whose work is based on long-standing traditions in steel production in Ukraine.

After new equipment introduction product portfolio of the Company is gradually growing and filled up with new products. Now are already mastered such complex steel grades as super-austenitic 904L and 6Moly, super duplex and duplex S31803 (2205), Ni-alloys 600 and 800, on hand patent for production of tubes of steel grade DI-59.
