Kurt holds a postgraduate diploma as Executive Master in Corporate Finance from the university of Lucern, Switzerland
Career
From 1988 until 1997 he held various financial positions with various companies in Switzerland.
From 1998 until 2000 he was CFO of Swisslog’s Asia Pacific Region, based in Sydney and a member of the Asia Pacific management board.
From 2000 until 2004 he held further international financial management positions within the Swisslog Group and was promoted to Group CFO.
Starting in 2004 until 2021 he was partner in a private equity firm, being responsible as a deal captain for numerous M&A transactions.
Since 2021 Kurt is self employed and holds other board memberships. Amongst others he is chairman of the board of Directors of the Roth Group, a Swiss company with 500 employees.
