14. SENSE OF PRIDE IN OWN JOB

It is worth to work where you can be proud of your job. Bring in yourself a sense of pride in the work done, providing the absolute quality of everything you start. Do not allow products to go outside the Company if it does not meet the highest standards. Do not write a letter or a memo if you are not completely honest. Do not let your proper pride to go away.
