Motivation. One word, but how much is behind it.

It takes more than money to motivate a team. There is no way without money, they, of course, are needed, but each of us has one life, and we want to spend it on something important.

We invest a lot in motivation – intangible and tangible. Because we understand: the team is more important than the means of production.
