CENTRAVIS has been prequalified by Saudi Electricity Company

CENTRAVIS, a leading global supplier of high-quality solutions in the segment of seamless stainless steel tubes, has been approved as a supplier for the electric utility company Saudi Electricity Company (SEC, Saudi Arabia).

Saudi Electricity Company enjoys a monopoly on generation, transmission and distribution of electric power in Saudi Arabia through 45 power generation plants in the country. The company supplies electric power to the Kingdom, imports and exports electricity, invests in foreign projects in electric power field. The company was formed in 2000 by the Council of Ministers through a merger of existing regional electricity companies in the regions into a single joint stock company, state-owned for 80%. Saudi Electricity Company plans to increase electricity production half as much by 2020.
